Hi There I'm Sally, the Happy Fitness Girl! 
​Creating time and space for a happy healthy body has been my jam for over three decades. But it wasn't always that way. 

I remember being in school and not being able to participate in sport because I wasn't part of the A-List (high athletic ability) club. It was disheartening that only the elite athletes were allowed to play.

So I created Happy Fitness to fill in the GAP.
Everyone should have the opportunity to move and feel good in their bodies no matter their ability.   

Your Body knows what it needs and I'm here to help you express that fully!
